At Making Better Homes (MBH), we believe that mental health is just as essential as physical health. The DREAM 1st Self-Care Plan is a movement designed to encourage daily self-care habits that support mental and emotional well-being.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals—from juniors (ages 10-12), preteens, teens, college students, young adults, and adults—who are passionate about mental health awareness and leadership.

Requirements & Commitments
Build a Social Media Presence
Post 2 to 4 (2-5 minute videos) per week on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, showcasing any of the 8 DREAM 1st Essentials
Participate in Monthly Mentorship Meetings
Attend a minimum of 1 meeting per month (held biweekly) to connect with fellow DREAM Ambassadors, receive mentorship, and discuss advocacy strategies.
Grow the Community through Service
Each DREAM 1st Ambassador hosts their own DREAM 1st Self-Care Plan meeting for at least 5 people and documents the experience via video.
